Omnivo includes a real background-removal action in its Creative Media tools. It uses the optional local AI runtime to process a supported image and produces a background-removed PNG.

Background removal is designed to run with Omnivo's optional local AI environment on the user's computer. Cloudflare Pages does not run the AI model or store the image for this operation.
Use this tool in Omnivo
Open Omnivo, add the file or supported source, and use the relevant action that appears for that input. Omnivo keeps the Home workflow universal instead of creating a separate uploader for every format.

Does background removal use a cloud AI API?
No mandatory cloud AI service is required. Omnivo's current background remover is part of the optional local AI runtime.
